PTA CEO Justin Moore on sequestration cuts coming in April. APTA moves to new DC headquarters.

The Medicare Sequester COVID Moratorium Act (H.R. 315), has been introduced in the US House of Representatives. This important legislation extends the current moratorium, or temporary suspension, on the automatic 2% Medicare sequester cut —also referred to as sequestration —during the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency. This cut impacts Medicare payments to all providers and facilities, and it currently expires on March 31.
